Returns

No returns for as change of mind on custom orders. If an item is faulty please contact Bliss + Co within 7 days with a picture of the fault and a replacement will be sent out to you. Items must be unused and still in the original packaging.

Items made from bamboo and timber may have a brown to black appearance around the edge. This is a normal result of the laser cutting process and is not considered a fault.

Timber items have variances in the grain and as a result may appear slightly different to the items pictured on this website or on any of our social media sites. Laser etched items may have variances in the colour, this is a normal part of laser etching wood and is not considered a fault.

Computer monitor screens may make colours appear slightly different than they do in person. Bliss + Co takes no responsibility for monitor screen settings. We take great care to describe colours to our best ability and no refunds will be given for perceived  shade variances in materials.
